RENUNCIATION SERVICE

Surrender of Indian Passport or surrender of Indian Citizenship

Are you a person of Indian origin and have now received citizenship in the USA? The Indian passport must be surrendered within three months since dual citizenship is not permitted by Government of India. A stamp saying "cancelled due to acquiring foreign nationality" is required on your passport. A cancelled Indian passport (Renunciation Certificate) will further help you acquire OCI.

US CITIZENSHIP

US citizenship certification for Indian Green Card Holders

If you are an individual who is a green card holder & meets the criteria for availing US citizenship, we are here to assist you with the process for certification. You can acquire US citizenship if you are born in the US, born abroad to a US citizen parent to or have become a US citizen by naturalization.

EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE

For Indian citizens who have overstayed and have an expired passport.

In the situation that you need to leave the US, and do not have a valid passport; we can apply for an emergency certificate. This one-way travel document is granted upon confirmation of you being an Indian National who needs to be in India based on an emergency.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR NON-AVAILABILITY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Certification of Birth

The birth certificate is an important document, and it is mandatory to register the birth of a child within 14 days. It is best to obtain a birth certificate from the Registrar of Births whose jurisdiction the birth occurred in. The birth certificate is issued based on entries in the Indian passport. With a copy and the original of an Indian passport, former nationals can apply for a birth certificate.

Non-availability of birth certificate can be issued to those Indian citizens who present their Indian passport in original and who were born in India before 2nd June 1969
